Full Node
Software that downloads and independently verifies the entire Zcash blockchain.
A full node stores a complete copy of the Zcash blockchain and independently verifies every transaction and block against the network's consensus rules, without trusting any third party. Running a full node is the most trust-minimized way to use Zcash and to check your own balance.
Zebra is the current Rust-language full node implementation maintained for the Zcash network.
