ZCASH MINING REVENUE CRUSHES BITCOIN

$ZEC’s rally has dramatically changed the economics of Zcash mining.

According to estimates reported by TheEnergyMag, an Antminer Z15 Pro mining Zcash currently generates around $727.30 in gross revenue per MWh of electricity.

For comparison:

🖥️ AI/HPC estimate: $222.73/MWh
₿ Bitcoin — S23 Pro: $162.11/MWh
₿ Bitcoin — S21 Pro: $102.67/MWh

That means Zcash is currently generating roughly 4.5× more gross revenue per MWh than Bitcoin mining with an S23 Pro — and around 3.3× the estimated revenue of AI/HPC computing.

Important: this is gross revenue, not net profit. Electricity prices, hardware costs, maintenance, hosting and other operating expenses are not included.

Still, the gap is remarkable — and shows just how dramatically the recent rise in $ZEC has changed mining economics. ⚡
