🔥 ZCASH ETF SURPASSES $500 MILLION — NOW HOLDS OVER 550,000 ZEC
Institutional exposure to Zcash continues to expand.
Grayscale’s Zcash ETF (ZCSH) has surpassed $500 million in assets under management, roughly two weeks after its NYSE Arca debut.
According to CoinDesk, the fund now holds more than 550,000 ZEC — approximately 3% of Zcash’s circulating supply.

Another important development arrived this week: options trading on ZCSH has now launched, giving market participants additional ways to gain, hedge and manage exposure to Zcash.
There is one important detail behind the headline.
An SEC filing shows that DCG International contributed approximately $100 million worth of ZEC to the fund. That means the entire $500M should not be interpreted as $500M of new outside investor inflows.
Still, the milestone is significant.
A regulated U.S.-listed Zcash investment product now controls more than half a million ZEC while the infrastructure around the product continues to expand.
As institutional access improves, the amount of liquid ZEC available to the broader market could become an increasingly important metric to watch.
