ZecZcash🚨 ZCASH ECOSYSTEM EXPANDS: NEW GRANTS APPROVED
Zcash Community Grants (ZCG) has approved several new initiatives aimed at strengthening the Zcash ecosystem across wallets, payments, security and policy.
🔗 Zcash WalletConnect Integration
A major step toward connecting Zcash with the broader Web3 ecosystem.
The approved project aims to bring WalletConnect support to Zcash, enabling easier connections between compatible applications and Zcash wallets.
💳 BTCPayServer Multi-Store GraphQL Client
ZCG also approved work around Zcash's BTCPayServer infrastructure, helping improve tools available for merchants and ZEC payment integrations.
🛡 Constant-Time Cryptography Hardening
Funding was approved for additional security work on Zcash's Rust cryptography, with a focus on strengthening implementations against potential timing-related vulnerabilities.
🏛 Pretty Good Policy for Zcash
A dedicated policy initiative was also approved, focused on representing the Zcash ecosystem and educating policymakers about privacy technology, shielded transactions and selective disclosure.
