ZCASH EXPANDS FIAT ACCESS ACROSS AFRICA

Zcash adoption is taking another step forward in Africa.

Zcash East Africa has announced a partnership with KuvarSend aimed at expanding ZEC on-ramping and off-ramping through local payment rails.

According to Zcash East Africa, the integration covers 8 African countries:

🇹🇿 Tanzania
🇷🇼 Rwanda
🇿🇦 South Africa
🇳🇬 Nigeria
🇬🇭 Ghana
🇨🇲 Cameroon

The goal is simple but important: make it easier for users to move between ZEC and local currencies.

Beyond individual users, easier access to ZEC could also open new opportunities for developers building around private payments, remittances, commerce and financial applications.

For Zcash, infrastructure like this matters.

Privacy-preserving money becomes significantly more useful when people can actually move between the crypto economy and their local financial system.
